KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court heard that Datuk Seri Najib Razak had signed the draft memo for the transfer of ownership of SRC International Sdn Bhd to Minister of Finance Inc (MOF Inc) on the bonnet of his car seven years ago.
Former Treasury deputy secretary-general Datuk Mat Noor Nawi testified that he and 1Malaysia Development Bhd (1MDB) representative Zahid Taib had waited to meet Najib at Subang Airport on Feb 3, 2012.
