KOTA KINABALU: A former assistant state minister is suing an army general for libel following news reports that he was detained on suspicion of being an armed intruder in waters off Semporna in Sabah.
Datuk Ramlee Marahaban, the former Bugaya assemblyman, named Armed Forces Joint Task Force2 commander Brigadier General Datuk Zarondin Md Amin in his claim.
