IPOH: Perak executive councillor Dr Abdul Aziz Bari says former mentri besar Datuk Seri Dr Zambry Abd Kadir can file a lawsuit against the state government if he feels the handling of the Movie Animation Park Studio (MAPS) issue is not "lawful".
