SEREMBAN: Independent Rantau candidate R. Malarvizhi was heading towards the district police station in Seremban 2 near here when she realised that one of the only nine banners that she had put up for the by-election had gone missing.
The curious 51-year-old housewife then approached a group of workers who were busy trimming trees and asked them if they had seen the banner she put up at a roundabout near the Seremban-Port Dickson trunk road near Mambau.
