KOTA KINABALU: The Sabah Law Society wants a Royal Commission of Inquiry to be convened after the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission and the police complete their investigations into alleged claims of judicial misconduct by Justice Datuk Dr Hamid Sultan Abu Backer.
"In the event that there is sufficient evidence, then the SLS has every confidence in the federal Attorney General's Chambers that the appropriate charges would be preferred against those concerned," said SLS president Brenddon Kieth Soh.
