‘Superman Hew’ is CEO of Malaysia-China Business Council

PETALING JAYA: Former DAP member Hew Kuan Yau (pic), better known as “Superman Hew”, has been made the chief executive officer of the Malaysia-China Business Council (MCBC), a platform that focuses on strengthening trade ties between the two countries.

Council chairman Tan Kok Wai, who is Malaysia’s special envoy to China, said the appointment is effective from Feb 1.
