Tengku Permaisuri Selangor calls for authorities to promote responsible pet ownership initiatives

PETALING JAYA: Tengku Permaisuri Selangor Tengku Permaisuri Norashikin has urged the Department of Veterinary Services (DVS) and the local councils in the country to educate the public on responsible pet ownership.

Tengku Permaisuri Norashikin, who is the royal patron of SPCA Selangor's Stray Free Campaign, hoped the authorities would take proactive measures in promoting the concept of 'Caring and Compassionate Communities'.
