A SMALL Hindu temple located at the Police Training Centre (Pulapol) in Kuala Lumpur will be rebuilt on a grand scale, Makkal Osai reported commandant SAC Shamsudin Mat as saying.
He said that the temple had been there for a long time and numerous efforts to upgrade and expand the temple had not been successful.
