SHAH ALAM: The PKR national congress would usually open with a short welcoming speech by the party secretary-general before moving on to the president’s policy speech.
However, for this year, secretary-general Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution Ismail (pic) gave praise to outgoing vice-president Rafizi Ramli and the Invoke organisation, congratulating the latter for its role in PKR’s election victory in GE14.
