SHAH ALAM: Managing a win is more difficult and as ruling party, PKR should not be distracted by opposition tactics, says PKR secretary-general Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution Ismail (pic) in his winding-up speech on the last day of the PKR National Congress.
Saifuddin said issues that were being reported the most were child marriage, Oktoberfest, LGBT issues, female circumcision and the ratification of the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination (ICERD).
