SINGAPORE: Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad says he raised the plight of the Rohingya Muslims with Myanmar’s Aung San Suu Kyi at the Asean leaders meeting on Tuesday (Nov 13) night.
“I did mention the situation in Rakhine state. We asked that efforts be made to correct the wrongdoings,” he told Malaysian media on the sidelines of the Asean summit here on Wednesday.
