Bersatu welcomes 'Iron Lady', says Mukhriz

According to Kedah Mentri Besar Datuk Mukhriz Mahathir(pic), the state government had obtained approval from the federal government to develop the new RM1.6bil airport in the Kuala Muda district.

KODIANG (Bernama): Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia (Bersatu) has welcomed Umno veteran Tan Sri Rafidah Aziz's intention to join it.

Its deputy president Datuk Seri Mukhriz Mahathir (pic) said the statement by Rafidah, who was formerly minister of International Trade and Industry, and popularly known as "Iron Lady", was good news to the party.
