KUALA LUMPUR: The government should never use the Sedition Act against any individual as it contravenes human rights and is also stated in the Pakatan Harapan's GE14 manifesto, says DAP's Charles Santiago (pic).

He said this in reference to suggestions that veteran journalist Datuk A. Kadir Jasin should be investigated under the Act for his remarks against the Kedah ruler.
