Syariah High Court strikes out RM500mil claim by Taib's daughter-in-law

KUALA LUMPUR: The Syariah High Court has struck out a RM500mil joint matrimonial asset claim filed by former Sarawak Governor Tun Abdul Taib Mahmud's daughter-in-law Shahnaz A. Majid against her ex-husband.

Syarie judge Mohamed Fouzi Mokhtar made the decision on the grounds that the claim was incomplete.
