KOTA TINGGI: Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency (MMEA) has detained two vessels some 4.5 nautical miles northeast of Tanjung Punggai for allegedly carrying out illegal oil transfers.
Tanjung Sedili MMEA director Mohd Zulfadli Nayan said the agency dispatched a vessel to check after they received information about the ship-to-ship oil transfer at about 4pm on Oct 23.
