KUALA LUMPUR: A suit filed by PKR de facto chief Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim against Sistem Televisyen Malaysia Berhad (TV3) and Utusan Melayu (M) Berhad, for allegedly implying that he had bribed the judiciary and the Attorney-General’s Chambers, has been settled amicably.
Anwar's counsel, Sangeet Kaur Deo, told reporters on Monday (Oct 22) that the parties have agreed to settle the suit and applied for the court to record the settlement.
