BALIK PULAU: Police believe they have solved at least nine motorcycle thefts following the arrest of nine people, including two students.
They picked up the first suspect, who was riding a motorcycle without registration plates along Jalan Permatang Damar Laut at 12.30am on Monday (Oct 15).
