MELAKA: The state DAP chairman has dismissed the party's national organising secretary Anthony Loke's claims of members not consulting the leadership before accepting honorary titles from the Melaka Yang-di Pertua on Saturday (Oct13).
Datuk Tey Kok Kiew, in a statement, explained that he had sought advice from Loke on Oct 8 as well as party stalwarts Lim Guan Eng and Tan Kok Wai on Oct 9 and Oct 11, respectively.
