PORT DICKSON: Tan Sri Isa Samad may have won all nine elections he contested before but this is no advantage over six other candidates vying for the Port Dickson seat in the Oct 13 by-election.
Being a mentri besar for 22 years means little either as Isa is now an independent. Previously, he was with Barisan Nasional.
