KOTA KINABALU: A large group of undocumented people and immigrants have been duped into believing that there was an identification card registering programme in Tenom.
Tenom district acting police chief Asst Supt Ahmad Razali Shaari said he received a report from a staff member at a community hall on Monday (Oct 1) asking if there was such a programme being held as there were many people queuing there.
