IPOH: The Perak PKR polls that were postponed following a fracas at the Penang and Kedah state elections last week are expected to be held at the end of October.
PKR vice-president Dr Lee Boon Chye said the party is currently focusing on the Port Dickson by-election, and thus the state elections could not be carried out any sooner.
