Tahfiz school to pay RM4.3mil

KOTA BARU: A Sessions Court ordered a tahfiz school here to pay RM4.3mil to a former student who was paralysed in a school van accident that also killed seven of his schoolmates.

Judge Nazri Ismail held van driver, Muhammad Hamzi Mohammad Husham, 25, van owner, CT-One Corporation Sdn Bhd, and Maahad Tahfiz Al-Hashimi Kampung Tualang in Kuala Krai responsible for the damages.
