KUALA LUMPUR: Another eight people have died of methanol poisoning, making it a total of 29 deaths for the period Sept 15 to Sept 21 noon, said the Health Ministry.
Of the eight deaths, six were from Kuala Lumpur and two from Selangor, said Health director-general Datuk Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah.
