KOTA KINABALU: A Parti Warisan Sabah petition against former chief minister Tan Sri Musa Aman’s victory in the Sungai Sibuga state seat has been struck out on a technicality.
Justice Azahari Kamal Ramli struck out the petition filed by Warisan’s Sungai Sibuga candidate Asmara Abdul Rahman, stating that the party had only deposited two of three copies of the petition which was done via e-filing in court.
