Former judge Datuk Seri Gopal Sri Ram is leading the prosecuting team against senior lawyer Tan Sri Dr Muhammad Shafee Abdullah.
KUALA LUMPUR: Tan Sri Dr Muhammad Shafee Abdullah told the Sessions Court here that he will file an application to disqualify Datuk Seri Gopal Sri Ram from leading the prosecution against him.
Earlier, the prominent lawyer claimed trial to two charges of receiving money from the proceeds of illegal activities on Thursday (Sept 13).
