Bersih: Guan Eng's acquittal is why judiciary and MACC need reforms

PETALING JAYA: The controversy surrounding the acquittal of Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng and businesswoman Phang Li Koon from corruption charges underlines the growing need for institutional reforms in the judiciary and the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC), says Bersih 2.0.

According to the election watchdog, such reforms should begin with the judiciary.
