Jamaluddin Jarjis' mother files claim over his billion-ringgit estate

KUALA LUMPUR: The mother of the late Tan Sri Jamaluddin Jarjis, former science, technology and innovation minister who died in a helicopter crash, has filed for faraid (wealth distribution) certificate at the Syariah court over his RM2.082bil estate.

Aminah Abdullah, 85, filed the application through Messrs Kamar Ainiah & Co on March 2.
