SIBU: A clerk of one of the two local authorities here has been arrested for criminal breach of trust involving RM55,020.
Sibu OCPD Asst Comm Stanley Jonathan Ringgit said on Thursday (Aug 16) that a 59-year old council secretary had lodged a police report on Wednesday (Aug 15) that a clerk had stolen payments from November 2016 to Aug 2018.
