JOHOR BARU: Do not turn the Johor state legislative assembly into a circus, Sultan Ibrahim Ibni Almarhum Sultan Iskandar has warned.
In his address at the opening of the state assembly at Bangunan Sultan Ibrahim here on Thursday (Aug 9), the Johor Ruler reminded all 56 assemblymen to behave themselves.
