PUTRAJAYA: The Federal Court has allowed a leave to appeal by filmmaker Datuk Yusof Haslam and his movie director son Syamsul Yusof against a novelist over claims of plagiarism.
A three-man panel led by Chief Justice Richard Malanjum allowed two questions of law by the applicants here yesterday.
