Zawawi Ahmad named candidate for Sg Kandis state by-election


KLANG: PKR has named religious teacher Zawawi Ahmad Mughni (pic) as its candidate for the Sungai Kandis state by-election. The name of the 48-year-old candidate, a local in the area, was announced by PKR president Datuk Seri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail at the constituency during the launch of Pakatan Harapan’s election machinery last night.

Zawawi, a father of five, is an Al-Azhar University graduate and obtained his Bachelor in Education degree at Universiti Malaya in 2005.
