GEORGE TOWN: A Myanmar sign- board maker who pleaded guilty to six amended charges in relation to smuggled migrants in transit has been sentenced to three years’ jail by a High Court here.
High Court Judicial Commissioner Datuk Ahmad Shahrir Mohd Salleh ordered Aung Naing Soe, 34, to serve the jail terms which run concurrently from his date of arrest on May 9 last year.
