KOTA BARU: Police are hunting for the person who dumped a newborn baby girl into a drain, causing her to die of drowning.
Kelantan police chief Datuk Hasanuddin Hassan said the baby girl was dead for between seven to eight hours before a member of the public discovered the body in a drain near his house in Kampung Atas Pengget, near Pasir Mas, on Wednesday (July 11).
