PETALING JAYA: The Pakatan Harapan government should not have maintained the National Civics Bureau (BTN) which has been accused of promoting intolerance in a plural society, says DAP adviser Lim Kit Siang.
He claimed that over the years, BTN had aggravated instead of narrowing the racial and religious polarisation in Malaysia.
