KUALA TERENGGANU: A civil servant was among 28 people arrested in a special police operation to eradicate vagrants and extortionists.
District police deputy chief Supt Suffian Sulaiman said Ops Pau was conducted in three locations, namely Kuala Terengganu district council bus station, Kuala Terengganu Urban Transformation Centre and around the Grand Puteri Hotel.
