GEORGE TOWN: PKR vice-president Nurul Izzah Anwar (pic) says a Cabinet post is not required to reform the national approach to Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET).
She was commenting on the National Union of Teaching Profession (NUTP) concerns that she is not the right candidate to chair the TVET programme because she is not a minister.
