JOHOR BARU: The Agriculture and Agro-based Industry Ministry will have to start from zero to embark on the cattle breeding project.
Minister Salahuddin Ayub said the ministry would look at Australia, China, India, New Zealand and Thailand when undertaking large-scale cattle breeding activities.
