KOTA KINABALU: Maritime officials have seized more than 400kg of tuna and a foreign fishing vessel off Pulau Balambangan in Kudat.
Five Vietnamese crewmen aged between 24 and 53 were also arrested in the 9.30am Ops Pagar Laut raid on Sunday.
