PETALING JAYA: Lim Guan Eng has congratulated the Alibaba team for opening its Malaysian headquarters on Monday, saying that it was a shining symbol of Malaysia-China friendship.
The Finance Minister said that this friendship was based on mutual respect and brought benefits that augured well for the governments, businesses and people of both countries.
