PETALING JAYA: Umno should not be split into two factions in a similar way to what happened in 1987, said Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi.
“The priority to look after Umno as a whole is more important than the posts contested for. This is because a party post is a trust and not political windfall," said Dr Ahmad Zahid in a Facebook post on Saturday (June 16).
