KOTA KINABALU: A one-year-old toddler drowned at a water village in Kampung Sabang near Sepanggar, Sabah.
In the incident that happened at noon on Thursday (June 14), the body of Mohamad Rayan Shah Ridwan was discovered under the bridge near his house after he disappeared while playing with his older siblings.
