KUALA LUMPUR: The Yayasan Artis 1Malaysia (YA1M) has been renamed as Yayasan Artis Tanahair (YKAT) and will continue its mission, vision and agenda to defend and uphold the welfare of artistes.
YKAT chairman Datuk Irwan Shah Abdullah, or better known as DJ Dave, said the foundation would continue to defend all artistes, which includes singers, musicians and actors regardless of their race or religion, especially veterans.
