PETALING JAYA: The implementation of the Regulatory Service Charge (RSC) of RM1 for airlines is to allow the Malaysian Aviation Commission (Mavcom) to independently continue with its consumer initiatives, said an industry veteran.
“I believe the RM1 also helps Mavcom to remain independent and impartial,” said aviation and travel veteran Datuk Rashid Khan in a statement.
