KEPALA BATAS: Pakatan Harapan's candidate for the Tasek Gelugor parliamentary seat - Marzuki Yahya - will be filing a legal suit against the Election Commission for denying him a recount after he lost the seat by 81 votes to incumbent Tasek Gelugor MP Datuk Shabudin Yahaya.

Marzuki who is the Penang Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia chief, said he had asked his representative to request for a recount last night (May 9) at the vote-tallying centre but was denied.
