GEORGE TOWN: Penang Barisan Nasional chairman Teng Chang Yeow will stand in the Tanjong Bunga state seat pitting him against Zairil Khir Johari of the DAP and several others.
It is learnt that Teng, who is also Penang Gerakan chairman, picked the state seat as feels he can beat Zairil, the former MP of Bukit Bendera, because there are a host of environmental and political issues in the constituency.
