KUALA LUMPUR: Former transport minister Tun Dr Ling Liong Sik failed to strike out Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak’s suit against him for allegedly saying the latter had misused public funds.
Najib’s lawyer Datuk Mohd Hafarizam Harun told reporters this after High Court judge Justice Nor Bee Ariffin dismissed Dr Ling’s application in chambers.
