SHAH ALAM: The High Court has dismissed a counter-claim by the Selangor Mentri Besar in a RM14bil suit filed by Puncak Niaga Holdings Bhd, which had earlier been struck out.
Judge Datuk Akhtar Tahir dismissed Datuk Seri Azmin Ali’s counter-claim after finding no cause of action against Puncak Niaga, which had filed the suit over the restructuring of the state’s water industry.
