IPOH: Police are expected to summon the organisers of a ceramah held without a permit by Pakatan Harapan in Kamunting on Saturday.
Perak police chief Comm Datuk Hasnan Hassan said the police did not issue any permit for the talk, as the organisers did not adhere to the requirements.
