PUTRAJAYA: The Court of Appeal ought to take judicial notice that the Attorney-General (A-G) has made a decision that Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak had done nothing wrong in the 1Malaysia Development Bhd (1MDB) issue.
In his 33-page judgment Friday (Feb 23), Court of Appeal judge Justice Yaacob Md Sam said the findings by the A-G and the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) on that matter were widely reported, in public domain and could never be disputed.
