TAR UC bursary a boon for students


KUALA LUMPUR: Tunku Abdul Rahman University College (TAR UC) disbursed RM12.8mil in scholarships and RM1.2mil in interest-free loans to its students last year, said Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai.

“We always ensure that our education is accessible, especially to the needy students, so that they have an opportunity to obtain higher education,” the MCA president said in his speech at the convocation ceremony of TAR UC on Friday.
